I can't log in to my account

Try resetting your password via "Forgot Password" on the login screen. If that doesn't work, message us on WhatsApp with your registered mobile number — we'll verify and unlock within minutes.

My deposit hasn't arrived

eWallet deposits should clear in under 30 seconds, FPX in 1–3 minutes. If it's been longer, send us a screenshot of the payment confirmation. We'll trace it manually.

How long do withdrawals take?

eWallets: 1–3 hours typical, 6 hours maximum. FPX bank transfers: same banking day if requested before 4 PM. USDT: 1 hour or less.

Can I close my account?

Yes. Contact support via WhatsApp and request closure. We'll process within 24 hours. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered eWallet or bank account.

How do I set deposit limits?

Account → Responsible Play → Deposit Limit. You can set daily, weekly or monthly caps. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced (not increased) on demand — increases require a 24-hour cool-off.
